R.I.P. Spaz

My sweet Babyboy became suddenly ill last week with a rare, genetic virus “Feline Infectious Peritonitis.” Within 3 days he was hospitalized inpatient in diabetic shock with acute ketoacidosis.

I am heartbroken and devastated. Spaz, my beloved companion for the past 8 years has left his earthly body, after being stricken ill suddenly last week, by a rare untreatable genetic FIP virus “Feline Infectious Peritonitis.” It rapidly took him down and took over his body and organ systems within days. I held him in my arms as he took his last breath. The week before he was my spazzy full of life cat with a voracious appetite and a mischievous mind. Now he is gone and don’t know how I will go on…I feel like I will never be happy again. He is forever in my heart.

Sleep with the Angels sweet baby boy. I love you. Until we meet again…
